CBDC Trinity Conception is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are representative of the various geographical areas along the Baccalieu Trail. Directors bring with them expertise and experience in small business ownership and management, the public sector and private enterprise.

The Board of Directors meets the first Tuesday of every month to review all loan applications, make decisions and provide overall strategic direction to operations of the CBDC.
