Youth Ventures is a program designed to help students aged 12 to 29 create their own summer job by starting a business under the direction and supervision of CBDC Trinity Conception.

Participants are offered assistance in developing a business plan, access to office equipment to assist with promotion and advertisement, ongoing business counseling, as well as small business loans. There are also students who participate in Youth Ventures without a business idea, and through business counseling and support invent an idea that is fun and viable.

During 2008-09, the Youth Ventures Program had 13 enquiries, 5 participants, and 14 entrepreneurs who started their own business. This has been an increase from previous years, thus indicating that the Youth Ventures program is thriving and youth are turning their visions into a reality.
